Here the brand new efficient, overcapacity furnace for 112 (left) and 114 (right: it is
installed vertical, Photo should be turned 90c clockwise) These keep the apartment
surely warm in Ithaca!
A small, thin metal column was the
original support material. You can see now
it is by far stronger than before with
additional support on both sides (by
courtesy of Nash Construction: 347-4273))
These improvement projects for

Here is the reinforcement of support columns
for the porch. Pressured thick wood and new
concrete basis are the addition of the project,
making the porch strong enough for
overcapacity to ensure maximum safety for
tenants.
